How to Remove Old Sun Baked Decals on Your Car
The YouTube video “What do property management companies do” defines the role of a property manager. A property manager is required to do some administration duties. However, they also travel to clients, properties, and other work-related destinations. The property manager’s appearance reflects on themselves and the company they represent. Their appearance extends beyond their physical appearance to the vehicle they drive.
Maintaining a Clean Aesthetic
Your property management company may have just invested in a second-hand fleet of vehicles. Your goal as the owner is to create uniformity in your vehicles. It means putting your decals on the vehicle or wrapping it in your company logo. However, there may be sun-baked decals on your vehicle. Let’s take a closer look at our example. Your second-hand fleet consists of a few older police vehicles. You need to remove a police decal from the vehicle. How do you do that while preserving the integrity of the original paint job?
The easiest way to remove it is with a heat gun. Use heat on the decal but don’t let it bubble. Remove the heat. Then, use a putty knife to scrape the decal off. Be gentle. Alternatively, you could use vinegar to get the decal loose before gently pulling it off. Finally, a glue removal product may also be effective.
